The following Arisers are up for election as Elders at the February 2026 State of the Church meeting.
Kelsey has been married to her husband, Roger, since 2012 and is mom to two beautifully chaotic kids, Bentley and Delaney. She has been part of the Arise staff since the very beginning, serving as the Associate Pastor of Worship and Creative Culture. While Kelsey has followed Jesus her whole life, the last ten years have been marked by deep growth and a lot of unexpected yeses.
Kelsey loves people and genuinely enjoys hearing their stories and the moments that have shaped who they are. She is grateful for every opportunity to serve and care for the people of Arise in whatever ways the Lord allows. When she has free time, you can usually find her painting or drawing, crafting, reading, tending to her plants, or talking with someone (sometimes all of the above... at the same time). As she continues serving at Arise, Kelsey is excited to see how the Lord will grow and use her in the years ahead as an Elder.

Kelsey previously served as an elder at Arise (2020-2025), but took her bylaws-mandated break this past year.
Adrienne is wife to Ode III and mom to Ode IV, Reagan and Eliza who currently reside in the Arnold area. Adrienne and her family started attending Arise in December of 2021, she happily serves in the children’s ministry in the infant and pre-k classrooms. Daily, she serves as administrative assistant in the Marketing Department at Joyce Meyer Ministries. When not working, she fills her time cheering for her son’s hockey team, hanging with the girls’ Girl Scout troop, taking in shows at the Fox Theatre or with her head in a book.
Adrienne writes, "I love the people of this church. And while serving as an elder would be out of my comfort zone a little bit, but I have been listening to sermons on Sundays about how that’s just sometimes who God calls on…so why not me?"

Jeff and his wife, Lori, have been married for 43 years (I know, longer than some of you have been alive) and have lived in Fenton since 1987. They have two adult children. Elizabeth lives in Columbia, MO and works for Mizzou. Kevin is married and he and Megan have blessed them with three wonderful grandkids. So, as empty nesters, the house doesn’t seem empty very often. Jeff and Lori have been members of Arise since the plant days. They serve together on the Events team and the Connect Lunch team. Jeff leads a Wednesday night small group. Jeff is excited to be here at Arise and loves to “do life” with people from all walks of life. He especially likes to get to know more about the new friends he meets.
When asked why he wants to serve as an elder, Jeff writes, "God has gifted me with a compassionate, shepherding heart. I am a servant leader. I live my life and ran my business with Christ centered principles. It gives me great joy to see others realize and trust in that same way of life. I feel God calling me to pass those along."

Ed and his beautiful wife, Carol live in St. Charles with their son, Samuel and their high-maintenance dog, Andy. Ed and Carol met in a unique way (ask them sometime, it’s a great story) that led Ed to God after being an atheist for almost 30 years. Ed and Carol have been an integral part in two church plants and were looking for a new church home when introduced to Arise through Rodney and Kacie Campbell. They currently both serve on the hospitality team and enjoy playing trivia games with anyone who will play. Ed loves music and music trivia, and the family enjoy watching films and movies (there is a difference) at both the theater and at home. Ed and Carol currently host a small group in their home for new believers.
